Ten years. So much can change in a decade—and yet some commitments only grow stronger with time.
Today, we celebrate and thank several extraordinary board members, including our Chair, who completed their 10-year terms of service with CPC at today's board meeting.
When First Security Bank's Itzel Sims, Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Healthcare System's Shane Frazier, and U.S. Bank's Kevin Chaloner began this journey, the had just moved into our new building. There was excitement, but there was also uncertainty. The path ahead wasn’t always clear, and none of us could have known exactly what the next ten years would hold!
What we did know was that it would take vision, courage, dedication, and an unwavering belief in the mission.
Through every challenge and every milestone, these leaders showed up. They helped guide CPC through a transformative decade—and because of their commitment, support, and belief in what is possible, we have made tremendous strides!
Their impact can be seen not only in our growth as an organization, but in the lives changed, families supported, and brighter futures made possible through CPC every day.
We are profoundly grateful for the time, wisdom, leadership, and heart they have given to this organization and to the children and families we serve.
Ten years of service is an incredible legacy, and we are honored to celebrate it.
Thank you for believing in CPC then, standing with us through the uncertainty, and helping us become the organization we are today. We truly could not have done it without you. 💙
And we’re not saying goodbye just yet—we look forward to celebrating these remarkable leaders at our upcoming Protectors Award Event, where we’ll honor their extraordinary commitment and the lasting difference they have made.
Here’s to ten years of leadership, love, and impact—and to all that lies ahead.
