Exodus Foundation of Arkansas Giving a 2nd chance at a new beginning! Impacted by domestic violence, suicide prevention, prescript

The Exodus Foundation of Arkansas (EFAR) is a tax-exempt private operating foundation established in 2014. EFAR staff and volunteers serve as mentors in four program areas: domestic violence, suicide prevention, prescription drug abuse, and child custody issues. EFAR supports women, children, and families in their exodus from these life-limiting and sometimes life-ending struggles into better, saf

er, more fulfilling outcomes. EFAR’s mission is “to empower battered women, children, and families by providing and supporting services that rebuild and nurture the mind.”

EFAR volunteers, partners, and corporate sponsors lend their support to empower Arkansans bound and engulfed in domestic violence, oppressed by thoughts and attempts of suicide, shackled and shamed by prescription drug addiction, and plagued by child custody issues that never seem to resolve. EFAR provides educational components, mentorship, motivational therapy, and occupational skills training opportunities so that women, children, and families in Arkansas will realize their own unique wealth and worth in society.
