Big news for our community! Today, the City of Little Rock Department of Community Programs held a press conference to celebrate the "AnyONE Can, Anytime" Little Free Pantries initiative—proudly partnered with the talented students at the Metropolitan Career-Technical Center! 🛠️🎨

As school lets out and the summer heat rolls in, keeping our community nourished is more important than ever. These pantries operate on a beautiful, simple premise: Take what you need, leave what you can. Whether it's grabbing a quick snack on a hot day or dropping off extra non-perishables during your grocery run, every little bit keeps our neighborhoods strong and supported.

🥫 How You Can Support This Summer:
Give What You Can: Pop in unexpired, shelf-stable items like canned goods, peanut butter, pop-top meals, and dry goods.

Take What You Need: No judgment, no applications, no barriers. They are open to everyone, 24/7.
Spread the Word: Let your friends and neighbors know where their nearest pantry is!

A massive thank you to the Department of Community Programs and all the incredible volunteers making Little Rock a more compassionate place to live. Let’s keep these shelves stocked all summer long!

🎯 Aim for the target. Aim for your future.

DCP kicked off the Summer Youth Workforce Institute by stepping outside the traditional learning environment our youth learned the value of focus, discipline, and goal-setting through Archery and Vision Board activities. Every arrow launched and every goal shared was a reminder that success starts with vision, preparation, and belief in their potential
