Urgent Care Centers
You can visit any TRICARE-authorized urgent care facility in your network. Non-active-duty beneficiaries do not need a referral for urgent care.

For life-threatening conditions, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 immediately.

Attention 19th MDG Beneficiaries: Laboratory Update
Effective September 1, 2026, the 19th Medical Group Laboratory at Little Rock will adjust its operational guidelines.

To ensure timely, efficient care and in alignment with existing guidelines, our laboratory will exclusively process lab orders written by 19th MDG clinic providers. We will no longer be able to process lab orders from external, off-base civilian providers.

Note: This update does not affect our local Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve tenant units’ military provider lab orders.

Our Goal: This operational alignment ensures our team can maximize on-base resources, reduce wait times, and deliver the highest standard of ready, reliable care.

If your provider is off-base, please ensure they send your orders to a local, TRICARE-approved laboratory. To find a network lab near you: https://www.tricare.mil.

For TRICARE Prime enrollees, there are no copays when using a TRICARE network laboratory for your civilian provider's orders.
