TSgt Deloach represents us well! In fact, he's the first to make it to Tech in just 3 years!

(Jk! TIS should be 9 years 6 months).

Congratulations to our Combat Airlifter of the week: Technical Sgt. Gregory Deloach!

As 19th Maintenance Group executive assistant, Deloach led eight Airmen through 245 Maintenance actions on three airframes as the Fabrication Flight Production Lead during his most recent deployment. His contributions to the mission ensured the airlift of 8,500 sorties, 4,500 flight hours, and 97,900 tons of essential cargo.

Additionally, Technical Sgt. Deloach demonstrated the ongoing focus of being a courageous and resilient leader by setting an example as a member of an Honor Society while completing seven classes. This tenacity and perseverance enabled him to earn a bachelor’s degree in Technical Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Congratulations to our Combat Airlifter of the Week Tech. Sgt. Darren Curtis!

As the NCOIC of the maintenance training section, Curtis’ mission is to train and develop multi-capable maintainers to execute agile combat airlift.

He leads a team of four training managers and 20 training monitors to ensure 1,200 personnel are qualified and equipped to support flying operations. His team provides group and squadron leaders training data trend analysis and recommends actions to prevent short falls.
