Greetings MXG!

Thought of the Week:
-“No one escapes pain, escapes fear, escapes suffering. Yet from pain can come wisdom, from fear can come courage and from suffering can come strength – if we have the virtue of resilience.” CMSAF Kaleth O. Wright (Retired)

- Life can be tough. Life in the military, even more so. With jobs that are inherently dangerous, we need to intentionally build our resilience and fill our cups. It doesn’t make the pain go away, but some work left of the bang directly impacts our lives to right of it.
