As part of our school year reflection on this Thursday, we are recognizing Kursten Long, Miss Newberry Teen, who established 'Dancing Into Inclusion', a community service initiative dedicated to raising awareness about the special needs community and hosting inclusive dance classes for adults with special needs. Kursten visited the mountain to teach our students about disabilities and the value of demonstrating kindness and inclusion towards all classmates, regardless of their abilities. The presentation was a special experience for our students, they were able to listen to Kursten read the book, Giraffes Can’t Dance, and watch Kursten's dance class perform.

To our AMAZING Wildcats — we hope you have the absolute BEST summer! You have worked incredibly hard and grown so much this year, and we are so proud of each of you. We hope your summer is filled with time spent with family and friends, fun adventures outside, and making unforgettable memories.
