City of Lisbon, North Dakota Official office of the City of Lisbon, located in Lisbon, North Dakota. City Council meetings are held the first Monday of each month at 7 p.m.

The local government of the City of Lisbon is organized as a Mayor and 6 Council members. City officials and staff take great pride in the community and are receptive to the concerns of the citizens of Lisbon. As the Ransom County seat, Lisbon has a number of county and state services readily available. If the Monday falls on a holiday then the meeting will be held on the first Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m.

Hello, just a friendly reminder that there is no parking on the east side of Rose Street near the park, between the posted "No Parking" signs. This restriction is in place to help traffic flow smoothly and to ensure emergency vehicles can access the area without delay.

Severe storms are expected tonight into Wednesday morning across the region. A squall line is expected to move east out of western ND with widespread severe wind gusts of 60 to 75 mph with localized 80+ mph. Hail as large as golf balls and a tornado is also possible. With this event largely occurring overnight, make sure to have multiple ways to receive warnings. Also, plan now and know where to go if a warning is issued for your area.
