The Linton Water Dept. will be performing maintenance on the evening of Tuesday, 09/08/2026. This maintenance is critical, as it is in direct correlation with one of our water towers. There is a good chance that the area will have to be isolated, which could cause a system wide drop in pressure. If this happens, all Linton Water customers will be put on a precautionary BOIL ADVISORY. Samples generally take 24 hours to return, so barring any unexpected challenges, the advisory will be lifted on 09/10/2026. The water department will provide updates during this process.
