At last night's Legion meeting, Mayor Shultz and City Administrator Tanner Faust presented the official Purple Heart City sign to American Legion Post 140 Lindsborg, KS

This designation is a powerful reminder of the bravery, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment of the men and women who have been wounded or paid the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.

We are proud to stand with our veterans and their families, and grateful to the American Legion for helping bring this recognition to our community.

Dec 6th @ the Snowflake Parade. The American Legion tent will be in front of First Bank Kansas. Each package is precooked, vacuum sealed and frozen. Heat and Ready to Serve!!!

Come visit us for the "King Gustaf" loaded backed potato Friday and Saturday at Hyllningsfest. We're on the corner of Main & Grant across from Peoples Bank in Lindsborg. Enjoy hickory smoked pulled pork piled high on a baked russet potato with cheese sauce, BBQ sauce, and topped with ranch crema and scallions. Net proceeds benefit The American Legion's support of veterans & their families, the Smoky Valley community, and local student scholarships.
