Adventure awaits this summer at the Lindsay Public Library!

We’re excited to offer several fun-filled summer reading programs for children of all ages, including numerous exciting activities throughout the summer!

From dinosaur digs and scavenger hunts to STEM discovery days, crafts, storytimes, treasure hunts, music, and outdoor adventures, there’s something for every young reader to enjoy. Participants can earn prizes, raffle entries, certificates, and more while building a love for reading all summer long!

📅 Programs run June 1 – July 31, 2026

Teen Co-Ed Sand Volleyball League - Registration has been extended to Friday May 15th.
Open to girls and boys ages 13–20. This relaxed, fun-focused league is perfect for players of all experience levels who want to enjoy the game, make friends, and build skills over the summer.
• Monday Nights: June 1- June 29
• Tournament on June 29 with prizes for 1st place teams in each division
• Location: Lindsay City Park
• $60 per team
• Registration Deadline: May 15

We’re excited to share that we’re trying out a new idea: a Kids Fun & Fit Club! This program is designed to keep kids active, engaged, and having fun through a mix of games, fitness activities, and social time.

We’re planning to offer this program during the summer and would love your feedback as we shape the details.
