Celebrate Peruvian Independence Day in Linden!

Calling all residents of Linden and surrounding communities! Get ready to immerse yourselves in the vibrant culture and rich traditions of Peru as Mayor Derek Armstead, the City of Linden, and Peruvian for Progress Inc. proudly present Linden's First-Ever Peruvian Independence Day Celebration!

Join us next Monday, July 28th, from 12 PM to 2 PM, right in front of Linden City Hall. This special, free event is your chance to experience the heart of Peru through authentic Peruvian food, traditional dances, and the captivating rhythms of Peruvian music. We're also thrilled to announce that special guest, Mike Ruga, will be our official emcee, ready to keep the ceremony lively and engaging for everyone.

We encourage everyone to embrace the spirit of the day by wearing red or white, the vibrant colors of the Peruvian flag.
