Today we pause, reflect, and most importantly remember the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice on 9/11. 343 firefighters lost their lives, from 75 different stations across New York City. We thank them for doing what all firefighters would do, take the chance to save a life and make a difference. 🇺🇸

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Williams. Robert had been a member of Woodward Volunteer Fire Company for many years helping with fundraisers and fire police. Our condolences go out to his family and friends. You will be greatly missed!

At 2:00am On Thursday September 3rd 2026, Station 2 was dispatched to a water rescue on Pine Run Road due to severe flash flooding after 4-6 inches of rain fell in a few short hours. After arriving on scene the individual decided to stay due to water levels decreasing. That morning we were dispatched to 6 calls due to water and debris on the roads and flooded basements. We would like to thank Woodward and Anthony Townships for their work on the roads during this devastating event, that caused damage to many properties around the area. If your property received damage, please use the QR code in the last picture to report it to the county. Station 2 responded with 7 personnel throughout the storm.
