Caregiving for Loved Ones with Memory Loss
2:00 p.m. | Eunbea Kim, Family and Child Development Specialist, Alabama Extension at Auburn University

Caring for older parents or relatives with memory loss can be challenging and overwhelming. This session explores common caregiver stressors and offers guidance on planning ahead, communicating with family members, and finding support in the community. Participants will also have the opportunity to share experiences, connect with others, and build a supportive caregiving network.
