Many thanks to the community for supporting the Linden Library's May Book and Bake Sale. You made baked goods, volunteered to help, purchased books and baked goods, made donations, and helped us raise $716! Thank you all. Mark your calendars for the 3rd Saturday in October, our next Book and Bake Sale in Linden.

Tim and Tracy Cooper, owners of TC Handyman, visit with Dolly at the Oct 18 Book and Bake Sale for the Friends of the Library in Linden.

Christine Buckingham, President of the Friends of the Library, and Dolly's life-size standup visited the Book and Bake Sale on Saturday, Oct 18. Look for Dolly at FirstBank in Linden Oct 20-22 and the Perry County Library in Linden Oct 23-25. She will be in Lobelville at the Bank of Perry County Oct 27-29, Lobelville Library Oct 30-31. Her final stop will be in Linden at Bank of Perry County Nov 3-5.

Drop by any of the businesses listed above to take a photo with Dolly. You can also donate to the Imagination Library at any of the businesses while she is visiting.

Every donation is matched by the Governor's Early Literacy Foundation. All money raised locally is used to buy children's books for Perry County kids who are registered for the program.

Register your children under age 5 at either library or online at imaginationlibrary.com for the Imagination Library's free book gifting program.

The Linden library has an Academic homeschooling coach for PEEP (Pathways for empowering and engaging your pupils) that comes to the library. All ages are welcome.
