FRIDAY NIGHT UNDER THE LIGHTS IN LINCOLN COUNTY GEORGIA . ❤️🏈

What a way to open the home schedule, and a great birthday present for Coach Larry Campbell!

Lincoln County struck first, Aquinas answered and took a 14–7 lead — and then the Red Devils flipped the game.

🔥 Elam — 2-yard TD run
🔥 Elam — 34-yard TD run
😈 Hardy — 85-yard PICK SIX
😈 Jones — 85-yard PICK SIX
😈 Fears — 53-yard interception return for TD (pass tipped by A Jones)
🔥 Jones — 46-yard TD catch from Gladman
🔥 King — 31-yard TD catch from Gladman
🔥 Franklin — 1-yard TD run

From 14–7 down to a 53–20 victory.

The defense turned interceptions into points. The offense found the end zone on the ground and through the air. And with the game already in hand, these Red Devils kept playing, kept fighting and kept scoring until the clock said FINAL.

Lincoln County 53. Aquinas 20.

First home game of 2026.
A packed home side.
And another Friday night added to the history of Larry Campbell Stadium at Buddy Bufford Field on the Welcome E. Mason campus!!! Here’s to Sept 11th vs Harlem, let’s show up again loud and strong as the two diamonds face head to head on home field!

THAT’S LINCOLN COUNTY RED DEVIL FOOTBALL. 😈❤️

🏈❤️ First home game and the results were amazing! Lincoln County comes away with a great victory! LC 53 - Aquinas 20! 🏈

Here are some photos from our football game.

Lincoln County knows how to show up! There are players, coaches, cheerleaders, band members, students, parents, grandparents, volunteers, teachers, alumni and our stands filled with people who simply love this community.

Why do you see football on an Economic development page? Because LCDA is about jobs, building opportunities for growth and investment — but it’s also about building a community where people want to live, raise their families, open a business and come home on Friday Nights in the Fall and all year!

Friday nights in Lincoln County tell a little bit of that story.

Our Red Devils took the field tonight, but an entire community showed up with them.

That’s Lincoln County. And that’s something worth sharing. ❤️🤍
