K2 Geothermal is looking for a Drill Operator to join our team. We install commercial and residential geothermal systems across Nebraska and the Midwest.

• 1+ year drilling experience preferred
• Geothermal or closed loop experience a plus
• Schramm top head drive experience preferred
• Travel required
• Mechanical or welding skills helpful

Outdoor work in all weather conditions. Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Full benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and 401k match.
