You can see it when it happens — a child leaning in closer, lost in the page.
Across all countries studied, children enrolled in Dolly Parton's Imagination Library were far more likely to engage deeply during shared reading.
That spark of imagination exists because books reach homes month after month.
Help keep those moments happening, page after page. https://imaginationlibrary.com/international-research/

The countdown is on⏳🎉

The Hunt For Foundation’s Juneteenth Committee has curated an unforgettable, family-friendly experience filled with culture, community, education, and FUN for everyone!

We’ve expanded our Kids Corner (ages 5 and under) and added even more yard games and activities for the entire family to enjoy.

We’re also excited for the additional art activities provided by First Presbyterian Church of Lincoln, Illinois and Lincoln Arts Institute giving our Juneteenth Festival of Lincoln, IL attendees even more opportunities to create and express themselves.

And of course, our popular History Walk is returning! Take your time engaging in the journey through Black history, achievement, resilience, and freedom. ✊🏾

We are calling for you to bring your family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and classmates. This celebration is for us all! The abolition of slavery is a reason to celebrate, and we’re coming together to honor our freedom, culture, and community.

It’s almost time to party!
❤️💛💚🖤

These early years go fast.
The bedtime stories. The questions. The wonder. 💛

New international research shows that even after just 10 books, children enrolled in Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library are more engaged with books and developing stronger early literacy skills.

Don’t let your child miss out on the joy—and the opportunity—of free books from birth. 📚
