Something new is coming.

Over the next several days, we'll be sharing a series of updates designed to improve how Lincoln students, families, staff, and our community stay connected.

From academics and athletics to activities and communication, we're preparing to launch new tools, new experiences, and new ways to access the information that matters most to you.

We'll also be unveiling a refreshed digital experience for Lincoln, including new websites, new communication platforms, and a new addition to the Lincoln brand family.

July 1 marks the beginning of a new chapter for Lincoln, and we can't wait to share what's next.

The Lincoln Consolidated School District is deeply saddened by the passing of Mrs. Oleta Danforth. Mrs. Danforth faithfully served the LCSD community for many years with grace, kindness, and an unwavering dedication to our students, staff, and families. Her warm spirit, generous heart, and steadfast support of our schools left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

As a district and community, we extend our deepest condolences to her family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time. We are grateful for the many contributions Mrs. Danforth made to Lincoln Schools and for the legacy of compassion and service she leaves behind.

She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by the Lincoln community.

Two Lincoln Wolves are headed to Worlds! Congratulations to Eli Stanley and Claire Stokes on qualifying for the NASP 3D World Championship in Daytona Beach, Florida.

After competing their way through state and national events, they'll now represent Lincoln on the world stage. We couldn't be prouder of these outstanding student-athletes.

Even More Is Coming to the Lincoln CSD App. Introducing 'Rooms', a new way for families to connect with teachers and school staff. Soft rollout begins this summer. Launching district-wide for the 2026-2027 school year.

With 'Rooms', Families Can:
• Receive classroom updates
• Message teachers and school staff
• Get notifications instantly
• Read messages in their preferred language
• Access all communication in one place

Beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, 'Rooms' will become Lincoln CSD's primary communication hub, bringing classroom, school, and district communication together in one secure location.

Starting Fall 2026, juniors and seniors can earn healthcare certifications while staying enrolled at their current high school.

Students can earn:
• Introduction to Medical Terminology college credit through ATU
• Patient Care Technician Certification
• Hands-on clinical experience

Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:40–11:00 AM.

Applications are due June 30.

Starting Fall 2026, juniors and seniors can complete criminal justice coursework while staying enrolled at their current high school.

Students can earn:
• Introduction to Criminal Justice college credit through ATU
• Criminal Detention Officer Level I Certification
• Hands-on experience with local law enforcement partners

Classes meet Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:40–11:00 AM.

Applications are due June 30.

Lincoln CSD is proud to cheer on one of our own today as Lincoln graduate Brinkley Moreton takes the field in the Women's College World Series!

Today at 11:00 AM on ESPN, Brinkley and No. 5 Mississippi State Bulldogs will open Game 1 action. If you get the chance, tune in and support one of Lincoln’s own competing on one of the biggest stages in college sports!
