‘Fried Endorian Tip Yip’ (chicken tenders) OR Yoda Nibbles (plant based nuggets) OR Jedi Juice (spinach/banana/apple/yogurt smoothie - served with an 88 Acres Bar) OR Interstellar Garden Salad Meal served with Tatooine Taters (tater tots), a beautiful assortment of fruits & vegetables, a ‘lightsaber’ pretzal & a Wookie Cookie!

We sourced fresh, boneless chicken thighs from Maine Family Farms, and our team excelled in their preparation. Our K-8 students thoroughly enjoyed our homemade Moroccan spice baked chicken thighs and Jollof rice, showcasing exceptional flavor. This dish will certainly be repeated in May.

Our dish featured plenty of fresh New England produce - including carrots from Joe Czajkowski Farm in Hadley, MA; portobello mushrooms from Mycoterra Farm in South Deerfield, MA; lettuce from Little Leaf Farms in Shirley, MA; broccoli from Harvesting Good sourced from Circle B Farm in Caribou, ME; and Golden Pumpkin Craic Sauce locally sourced hot sauce produced in Lowell, MA!

Got to spend a fun few days at Hanscom last week! Shout out to my amazing staff!!! On Thursday we taste tested Honey Cinnamon Roasted Sweet Potatoes and the students voted to put tyrm on the menu! For lunch we served Curry Chicken with local carrots. For breakfast Friday the students had a choice of PB & J Overnight Oats (made with sunbutter), berry parfaits, assorted breakfast sandwiches & homemade mini muffins! For lunch we served Cheese & Bacon Chicken Ranch Pizzas with pizza crust from The Good Crust!
