Under Dingman’s term Lancaster County experienced the worst flooding since 1908. Dingman’s organizational leadership and management enabled the county quickly repair important roads and bridges.
“Efficiency is essential to ensuring Lancaster County taxpayers receive the best value from their tax dollars. New paving projects are key to ensuring our county roads are as safe as possible,” Dingman said.
