June is National Homeownership Month! 🔑

Meet Jess. Like many first-time homebuyers, she knew she wanted a home but wasn't sure where to start or how the process actually worked. By joining our Homebuyer Education Course, she turned "some day" into "move-in day."

At NeighborWorks Lincoln, our mission is to make sure every neighbor feels empowered, informed, and supported from the first class to the final closing.

When you apply for our program, you aren't just getting world-class education — you are opening the door to vital financial resources. Qualifying applicants can receive up to $50,000 in assistance to put toward:

🔹 Down payment assistance (DPA)
🔹 Home rehabilitation costs
🔹 Closing costs

As Jess says: "Apply, see where you are, and set goals for where you're headed."

Don't let the market hold you back from your goals. Let's celebrate National Homeownership Month by getting you one step closer to your own front door.

Ready to start your journey? Apply today: https://nwlincoln.org/our-work/apply/overview.html
