💜💙💛 Today, we want to recognize someone who is truly at the heart of the work we do at FPLC, our Family Services Manager, Cynthia.
Cynthia walks alongside our families during some of the hardest moments of their lives. She celebrates their successes, helps them navigate the setbacks, connects them to resources, advocates for them, and sometimes simply reminds them that they can keep going.
As FPLC has grown, so has Cynthia's workload. She has taken on more families, more programs, more case management, and more responsibility, and through it all, she continues to show up with compassion, patience, and a commitment to the families we serve.
The numbers we share with our community are important, but behind every number is a family — and behind so many of those families is Cynthia.
As Executive Director, I get to see the work that happens behind the scenes. I see the phone calls, the problem-solving, the difficult conversations, the celebrations when a family gets their keys, and the determination Cynthia brings to this work every single day.
Cynthia, I want you to know that your hard work does not go unnoticed. FPLC is stronger because you are part of it, and I am incredibly grateful to have you beside me as we continue growing this organization and serving families throughout Lincoln County.
