If all election campaigns equally engaged the whole of their communities, rather than targeting specific voters we would see a shift in WHO feels like it even matters to vote.

I said all along the way this Campaign of Connection was designed to continue beyond any election. The preliminary primary election results are in and it is time to reflect and evaluate together. Your feedback is SO valuable to evaluating the unique, experimental campaign I choose to run. The goals of this Campaign of Connection were never simply to win at all costs. Though I chose to approach everything I do with optimism, I am a realist when it comes to structural systems like elections.

For those wondering how I am doing - I never allow myself to become emotionally tied to outcomes if it can be avoided, and I choose goals within my control to accomplish!
The MOST important goals were not tied to voter turnout or final counts:
⭐️ Demonstrating something new
⭐️ Stepping out of my comfort zone
⭐️ Challenging assumptions
⭐️ Increasing connection
⭐️ Building trust
⭐️ Sharing ideas
⭐️ Shifting the current political atmosphere
