10/27 BOARD MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT
For those planning to attend the Limerick Township Board of Supervisors meeting, please review the provided parking information in advance. Attendees are asked to follow all traffic directives given. The meeting will be held in the Limerick Township Municipal Building’s Public Meeting Room on Tuesday, October 27th, beginning at 6:30 PM. Seating will be held in the Public Meeting Room and an additional viewing room. Seats will be reserved for those with Party Status. The remaining seats are first-come, first-served. Standing room attendance within the meeting room and lobby is not permitted. Personal bags are prohibited. The interior of the building will be delineated by officers and signage to ensure proper ingress and egress in the event of an emergency. Police presence will be increased to ensure the safety of all attendees.
All gatherings outside the municipal building are limited to the sidewalks located throughout the Municipal Complex. Be mindful that all ingress and egress pathways will need to always remain clear in the event of an emergency. This includes all parking areas and doorways into and out of the building.

At Tuesday evening's Board of Supervisors meeting, the Spring-Ford Chamber of Commerce presented a check for over $14,000 to the members of the Parks and Recreation Committee. This donation was made possible from Community Day's proceeds and will be used to enhance services and events within the parks. Thank you!

LIGHTCAP ROAD CLOSURE

Lightcap Road (between Airport and Possum Hollow Roads) will be closed until 2PM today, (10/21). Emergency vehicles will have access at all times.

It's that time of year when the days and nights begin to get colder. As you open your closets for a warm jacket or coat, consider donating those you may not wear anymore. The Spring-Ford Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a "Jacket Drive" for Changemaker who will help local families stay warm this season. Limerick Township is a drop-off location for this event and has a bin in the front vestibule which can be accessed 24/7. Thank you for helping those in need this season.
