Getting a new phone for your kid for Christmas? Or tired of seeing them on it ALL day? 😊 You can set limits on their phones, and no app is needed as it involves settings on your child’s phone. Parents can set time limits on apps, set up times the phone can be used throughout the day (so students aren’t up awake all night), set the need for your approval to download any apps, and set a age limit of content. It really is a nice tool to give you a sense of peace as we know students can access anything in the world from their Smartphones. It’s also nice if you are trying to give your student a consequence of losing their phone but still need him/her to be able to contact you or you to contact them. There’s a setting for that!

Here are directions on how to set it up on an IPhone. (Since this is the type of phone my family uses and I have used these features, I can answer questions if you have any.)
