All Liberty County offices will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026, in anticipation of severe freezing and icy precipitation across the county.

The jury summons for Monday have been canceled or rescheduled as follows:
County Court at Law 1–canceled
County Court at Law 2–rescheduled to February 6, 2026
75th District Court—rescheduled to January 27, 2026 (8:30 A.M.)

Warming centers are being setup across the county. Liberty County Office of Emergency Management can provide more information.
