A huge shout out to Sun Spectrum 3D printing. They donated a bunch of fidget spinners to us for our bags. We are slowly getting closer to filling these bags to get them out to the police departments we have lined up.

Meet the Heart Behind the CALL Project! 💙
We wanted to take a moment to introduce you to the person who started it all: Katie McLean!
Katie’s passion for serving our community is backed by a strong foundation in understanding and supporting children. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on child development, which naturally led her to a career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a local ABA company.
Through both her education and her professional experience working closely with individuals on the autism spectrum, Katie saw firsthand the gaps and unique needs within our community. After transitioning to becoming a stay-at-home mom, that drive to help never faded—it grew! She launched the Community Autism Listening and Learning (CALL) Project to turn empathy into tangible community action.
What started as a vision to support local families and first responders has truly blossomed, thanks to your incredible support! Whether she’s organizing weekly item drives, coordinating with collection sites, or prepping comfort bags for local police departments, Katie pours her heart into everything she does (all while managing the beautiful chaos of mom life!).

We are entering the home stretch of our weekly focus for the CALL Project (Community Autism Listening and Learning), and we need your help to cross the finish line!
Our goal is to fully stock 30 care bags with powerful sensory tools, and this week, we are strictly focusing on fidget spinners. These small but mighty items make a massive difference by helping to provide focus, reduce sensory overload, and offer a calming, grounding tool for neurodiverse individuals in our community.
