Our office will be open with limited business and hours Monday, February 24, 2025 through Wednesday, February 26, 2025, with staff attending the annual Court Clerk Conference. Limited hours are 7:30 am through 3:30 pm. We will resume regular business hours (7:00 am through 5:00 pm) on Thursday, February 27, 2025.

Our office is closed today in observance of Martin Luther King Day. Additionally, we will remain closed on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, due to predicted extreme weather conditions.

This week, we lost a member of our work family. There are no words to truly convey the depth of our sadness. Jeania was the heart of our team, and her absence will be felt by all of us.

Liberty County Justice of the Peace, Pct. 3 will be closed Tuesday March 19, 2024 thru Thursday March 21, 2024 for a Court Clerk Seminar with the Texas Justice Court Training Center.

The court will resume regular hours of operation on Monday March 25, 2024.

Good Morning and happy February. Our office has some important dates coming up that we would like everyone to be aware of:

February 24 - Warrant Roundup Begins.

February 29 - Office closed in observance of Texas Independence Day.

March 19 - 22 - Office closed with staff attending mandatory education events.

Today our office held a back to school refresher course on Parent Contributing to Non-Attendance and Truancy offenses. We would like to thank Mr. Tucker, with Hardin High School, for joining us and providing the school's perspective.

Our office hours are Monday thru Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm.

Our phone system is not currently operational so we are working off of 1 cell phone.

Missed phone calls are never intentional, but unfortunately the issue is presently out of our control.

We are hoping that the phone system will be up and running by June.
