Final hours!

We're at $37,662, and the clock is almost out!
Midnight tonight is the deadline for gifts to count toward class and grade level prizes. The system stays open until Sunday, but anything given after midnight won't count toward those prizes.

Goal: $60,000 | $22,338 to go

If every kid does $36, we skip the second fundraiser AND every student goes home with a squishy!

Here's what we're protecting:Field trips, 5th grade celebrations, Teacher appreciation, STEAM Week, Campus improvements, Student enrichment events, ect

Parents, this is our last push. Give before midnight so your child's class and grade level get credit. 🙌

👉 Give now:SRES-PTO.ORG/FUNDRAISER
👉 Share this post with a grandparent, neighbor, or friend who loves our kids.
Last few hours. All hands on deck. Let's finish strong!

Santa Rita Stampede Guidelines
💙 Parent Entry & Safety Reminders

Valid Photo ID Required: All parents and visitors must present a valid photo ID to enter through the playground gates. NO ID = NO ENTRY.

Bring a Change of Clothes: Please pack an extra set of clothes for your child if they will be staying at school for the remainder of the day.

Backpacks: ALL students will bring their backpacks and belongings outside to the Stampede, whether they plan to stay at school or check out early.

Sibling Stampedes: Students may only participate in their own grade level's Stampede. Students will not be permitted to attend or watch their siblings' Stampede events.

⭐ IMPORTANT: Early Checkout Procedures⭐

🚨 ONCE A STUDENT IS CHECKED OUT, THEY CANNOT RETURN TO CAMPUS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SCHOOL DAY. 🚨

This includes returning to watch or participate in a sibling's Stampede.
Once a student has been checked out, they must leave campus with their parent or guardian and remain off campus for the rest of the school day. No re-entry will be permitted.
Have more than one Wrangler? We would LOVE for you to cheer on all your children! Families with multiple students are welcome to attend each child's scheduled Stampede and wait until AFTER their final child's event to check out all of their children together.
Please do not check out your children between Stampede events if you plan to remain on campus for another child's run.

🎟️ Student Checkout & Exit Ticket Process

For the safety of our students, we will use an exit ticket system for all early checkouts.

Visit your child's teacher at the playground following their Stampede to request an early checkout.

Show your photo ID. The teacher will verify that you are listed as an authorized parent, guardian, or emergency contact in Skyward.

Sign the checkout roster. Once your information has been verified, you will sign the teacher's roster.

Receive an exit ticket. Your child's teacher will provide an exit pass.

Gather belongings. Your child will collect their backpack and belongings from the designated area outside.

Exit together. You and your child will proceed to the designated recess gate, where a staff member will collect the exit pass before you leave.

Remember: Once your child exits campus, they may NOT return that day, even for a sibling's event.
