Today isn’t about the long weekend or the start of summer.

It’s about the people who didn’t make it home — the lives cut short, the families forever changed, the empty chairs that remain.

Take a moment to remember and honor them.

Freedom isn’t abstract. It’s made up of real people and real sacrifice.

We remember them. Always. 🇺🇸

Did you know… 🚗✨

Chicago is the starting point of Historic Route 66! Commissioned in 1926, the “Mother Road” helped shape American road-trip culture — stretching from Chicago all the way to Santa Monica Pier in California.

Spanning 8 states, Route 66 is approaching its 100th anniversary — making now the perfect time to experience a piece of history!

Ready to see where it all begins? Join us in Chicago this August for APPA's Executive Leadership Summit and 51st Annual Training Institute.

👋 Meet a Member Monday!

This week, we’re highlighting Plasma One, a valued Corporate Member here at APPA.

As a corporate partner, Plasma One works with probation and parole agencies to create innovative, voluntary plasma donation programs. These programs help individuals earn income, support the payment of court-related fees and restitution, and access job training opportunities. At the same time, they increase the supply of life-saving plasma — addressing two critical needs at once.

Thank you, Plasma One, for being part of the APPA community!
