⚠️ Roadways may be washed out beneath flooded areas.

⚠️ Driving through flooded waters put you and the rescuers at risk when you become a trapped victim.

Get to your destination safely, turn around and find another safe route.

Richland County has downgraded to a Level 1 snow emergency. Drive with caution. Stay Safe and Stay Warm.

A Level 2 Snow Emergency was declared at 4:40 AM by the Richland County Sheriff. Drive with extreme caution if you must go out.

Our neighboring county, Morrow County, is under a Level 3 Snow Emergency.

Winter Storm Fern is headed our way along with different predicted snow accumulations. We want you to be prepared for the Winter Storm Warning that's in effect until 10 AM Monday morning.

☃️ If you must go outside, dress warm and wear proper clothing to help prevent frostbite and hypothermia.

⚠️ If you need to drive in the conditions predicted, drive safely and please slow down.

❄️ As a reminder shoveling heavy snow can be dangerous, limit your time and take frequent breaks.

🚒 If you're using alternate heating sources, use them safely to prevent fires and carbon monoxide emergencies.

⛄️Bring pets indoors and/or provide them with the proper shelter, food and water.

🦺 Plow truck crews will be out working in these conditions. Remember, Don't Crowd The Plow, and be mindful of snow removal ordinances for parking.
