Huge shoutout to 2ndLt Little on successfully completing Officer Candidate School and earning the title of United States Marine. Her journey was anything but easy—battling through injuries and adversity that would have stopped most, she refused to let circumstances dictate her outcome. She faced every obstacle head-on and never wavered. Through it all, she demonstrated a relentless, no-quit mindset and the mental toughness required to lead Marines.

Proud to see it come to fruition. The Corps is gaining a resilient and determined leader.

Fair winds and following seas.

Future Marine Officers in the making.

Officer Candidates from OST Lexington, led by RS XO Capt. Pellissier, took part in a demanding pool function—pushing themselves through a Derna Memorial Workout before stepping back to study the First Barbary War and the Battle of Derna.

From the shores of Tripoli to today, the standard remains the same: mental toughness, physical endurance, and an unwavering commitment to lead from the front.

If you think you have what it takes to earn the title, it starts here. 🇺🇸

College student or recent graduate with your sights set higher?

Marine Corps Aviation offers a direct path from campus to the cockpit.

If you have (or are earning) your bachelor’s degree, you can compete for a flight contract that guarantees the opportunity to attend Naval Flight Training. Your journey starts with Officer Candidates School (OCS), where you’ll be evaluated on leadership, academics, and physical fitness. Upon commissioning as a Second Lieutenant, you’ll report to The Basic School before heading to flight school in Pensacola to begin earning your Wings of Gold.

The process is competitive — but so is anything worth doing.

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled)
• Competitive GPA & ASTB scores
• Strong physical fitness
• Medical qualification for aviation
• Proven leadership potential

From there: Preflight Indoctrination → Primary Flight Training → Advanced Pipeline (Jets, Helicopters, or Tiltrotor).

If you’re ready to lead Marines and fly some of the most advanced aircraft in the world, let’s talk.

DM me to see if you qualify.
