Lexington One was well represented today with The Carolina Bands. Shout out to the White Knoll High School Timberwolf Band and Gilbert Bands students who braved the heat to play with The Mighty Sound of The Southeast today!

On Saturday, September 12th at Lexington High School we will be having our first ever Lexington One Marching Band Showcase! Gates open at 6:00 PM and the show starts at 6:30. Admission is free and there will be concessions available throughout from the LHS Cat Band Boosters. We hope to see you there!! Mark your calendars! All five Lexington One high school marching bands will come together on Saturday, September 12, at the Lexington High School football stadium to debut their 2026 marching band shows during a free community performance.

The event begins at 6:30 p.m., with each band taking the field to give the community a first look at this year’s show. The evening will conclude around 8 p.m. with a special mass band performance featuring musicians from all five high schools.

The event is free and open to the community, so bring your family and friends and help us celebrate the talent, dedication and hard work of our Lexington One student musicians!

Tonight all of our Lexington One marching bands came together for a leadership clinic with Scott Lang. Thank you to all of these students for your time and attention after a long day of school. We wish you all a great competition season!
