That’s a wrap on the 2026 AMPO Planning Tools & Training Symposium 🎉

For two and a half days, MPO professionals from across the country gathered in Lexington to share knowledge, tackle challenges, and explore the tools shaping our work.

We’re so thankful to the Association of Metropolitan Planning Organizations , our speakers, sponsors and everyone who joined us. It was an honor to host and to be part of such a collaborative and thoughtful community.

The 2026 Planning Tools & Training Symposium begins Monday 4/20, bringing together MPOs and transportation professionals from across the region to share ideas, best practices, and tools that shape our communities.

The Lexington Area MPO is proud to host this year’s symposium and welcome partners from near and far to the Bluegrass. Looking forward to a great few days of collaboration and learning.
