🩵LHS - Football Game Entry Guidelines - REMINDER💛

Please see our Clear Bag Procedure for all home football games below. To keep our stadium safe, standard bags are officially benched. If it doesn't fit the clear bag guidelines, it can't come inside. (Check out the handy graphic for all the rules)

Bringing a bag that meets the guidelines? Awesome! Just make sure to stop by our security checkpoints before you head to the gate so our event staff can do a quick inspection:
BTeam & JV Games: look for the bag check table right before the gate
Varsity Games: find the fun flag that shows the start of the bag check at each line. Make your way there before entering the game.
No Storage Available: we cannot hold or store non-compliant bags for you. If your bag doesn't meet the rules, you will need to take it back to your vehicle.

Reminder: This applies to all bags, including clear bags and small clutches that fit the size regulations.

School Photo Days are scheduled for September 8th & 9th!
If you did not get your picture taken during Cats Kickoff or Wildcat Welcome, you need to take your photo during these dates.
Who: All underclassmen needing picture updates
When: September 8 & 9
Why: To make sure you’re included in the LHS yearbook and have an updated photo on file!
Bring your best smile and dress to impress!

Seniors,
Please join us for College Application Day on September 9th from 1:30–4:00 PM in the LHS Library!
This is a great opportunity for students to get one-on-one help completing college applications, connect with college representatives on-site, Midlands Technical College, the University of South Carolina and more will be there to answer any questions that you may have, and take advantage of application fee waiver codes to help make the application process more affordable.
A sign-up form for a time slot is attached HERE. Students should complete the form to reserve their preferred time.
Submitting the form will also serve as documentation to excuse the student from class during their scheduled College Application Day appointment.
Students are encouraged to bring their questions, application information, and any materials they may need to get started. We look forward to helping our seniors take the next step toward their college goals!

Lexington High student Lucia Camacho Zalba attended the 2026 Al Neuharth Free Spirit and Journalism Conference this past June. She was one of 50 junior high school students from around the country who represented their state and attended the 5-day immersive conference in Washington, D.C.
