📍 Electronics Recycling, 1306 Versailles Rd
⏰ M, T, Th & Fr from 8a - 4p, Wed from noon - 4p, Sat 8a - noon
⛔️ Electronics Recycling will be closed Juneteenth weekend.

We will accept items:
➡️ In good condition, like you would give it to a friend.
➡️ New or used, but clean (no stickers or ink markings) & not torn or broken
➡️ Pencils, composition books, spiral notebooks, dry erase markers, wipes, pencil pouches, folders, backpacks & binders.

💚 Donations will go to Lexington Middle School & other Fayette County middle schools (depending on how many supplies are collected)

A big THANK YOU to the teachers who participated in environmental education with us this school year!

💚 72 teachers
💚 Nearly 40,000 interactions with students across Lexington

These partnerships allow us to share waste management, water quality & sustainability information with K-12 students. Additionally, with support from the Lexington Area MPO , we were able to provide transportation lessons to 2nd, 3rd & 4th graders.

🚧 ROAD CLOSURE via KYTC - District 7
Athens Walnut Hill Road will be closed 24/7 beginning Tuesday, May 26 at 8am through Friday, May 29 to allow for slide repair operations near the bridge that goes over I-75.
⚠️ Drivers can use Old Richmond Road & Athens Boonesboro Road to detour around the closure.
🦺 Use caution when driving & watch for crews working in the area.

🚫 Haley Pike, the Recycle Center & Electronics Recycling will be closed Saturday, May 23 & Monday, May 25.

It's Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day! As long as the weather holds out, we'll be here today (5/16) until 3pm at 1631 Old Frankfort Pike. Bring your paints, pesticides, cleaners, electronics & more.

📺 Pack electronics separately in their own box.
🔺 If you have electronics, turn your hazard lights on so staff can direct you to electronics AFTER the regular line.
