⚠️ Meters & Accessibility ⚠️
At Lexington Utilities, we work hard to provide safe, reliable service to all our customers. To do this, our servicemen must have clear access to utility meters on your property. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure meters are free from obstructions such as:
âś… Overgrown vegetation & landscaping
âś… Debris or other objects
âś… Unfriendly animals
Meters should never be tampered with, altered, obstructed, or damaged. Any interference that prevents a meter from properly registering service usage is not permitted. Please do not attempt to move, work on, or bypass a meter.
Keeping meters clear ensures accurate readings, safe conditions for our servicemen, and uninterrupted service for you. Thank you for doing your part!
