This photo was taken when I graduated from the South Carolina Palmetto Leadership Academy, a program through the Conservation Voters of SC Education Fund focused on preparing leaders to serve their communities through conservation advocacy and public service.

For me, the fellowship was about deepening my understanding of the issues facing South Carolina and earning the knowledge and credibility needed to advocate effectively for our land, water, and communities.

The Palmetto Leadership Academy helps build a community of leaders ready to step up, serve on boards and commissions, and make a real impact across the state. I am so proud to be part of that work!

Just went to early vote at the Lex. Co Voter Registration Office. The parking lot was crowded but was able to vote in about 15 mins. How are you finding the lines?
