The Pilot Scholars Program is a non-profit organization dedicated to using education as a transformative tool in the lives of students from poor, deprived, and low-performing schools in Ghana particularly in the Western Region. We believe that, given the opportunity every child can expect a hopeful, brighter future. Education is a key factor to breaking the cycle of poverty and transforming the li

ves of students in Ghana. Knowing full well that the future of these children may depend on our action or inaction, we value the following:

Love: We will work in an atmosphere of love and compassion. Opportunity: We will pursue all good opportunities to improve the lives of our students. Trust: We will make trust a hallmark of this organization. At Pilot Scholars, our goal is to provide resources and guidance to allow students to succeed academically. In order to achieve this goal, we are committed to providing the following resources:

Program Alumni Involvement

The Pilot Scholars Program operates under a Board of Directors who are committed to walking alongside the teachers, students, and volunteers so that children in Western Ghana have an opportunity to succeed and transform their communities.
