Are you compassionate, dependable, and ready to support youth in a meaningful way? Join the team at Key Assets Kentucky as a Youth Care Worker and help create safe, supportive, and empowering environments for youth in therapeutic group homes.

✅ Full & Part-Time Positions
☀️ Summer Hours Available
📅 Schedule: Sunday–Saturday (varied days)
🕗 Available Shifts:
• Morning Shift: 8 AM – 4 PM
• Evening Shift: 4 PM – 12 AM

As a Youth Care Worker, you’ll:
✔ Provide daily supervision and support
✔ Build positive relationships with youth
✔ Help develop life and social skills
✔ Create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment

What we’re looking for:
✨ Caring and reliable individuals
✨ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✨ Passion for helping youth succeed
✨ Must be 21+ with a high school diploma/GED
