Girl Scouts of Kentucky’s Wilderness Road encourages girls to pursue their unique passions, build community, and discover their potential, through offering a lifetime of adventure, leadership, and success. Our four-primary pillars, STEM, Outdoor Adventure, Life Skills and Entrepreneurship, motivates girls to become leaders of their communities and of their own lives. With over 3,000 volunteers, 40 employees, 8,500 girl members, GSKWR serves 66 counties in Northeast and Central Kentucky and 1 Ohio County and is headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. GSKWR is largely reliant on its dedicated volunteers, committed corporate partners and generous donors for its ongoing success. The council offers flexible volunteer options for varied commitment levels and customized donor and corporate partnership opportunities.
