Lexington Nebraska Housing Authority We provide exceptional housing to low income families, and only use 30% of your income. There is no emergency housing.

A place that helps all people find a good place to live, through several different programs. Housing Choice Voucher (Formally section 8)
Eastlawn 1 bedroom apartments
Eastlawn Addition for 62+ and qualifying individuals
Eastlawn East for 65+
Legend Oaks for 55+ (income restrictions apply)
Scattered Site homes (2, 3, & 4 bedrooms available)

All programs go through a screening process and then will be added to a wait list.

There are several 1 bedroom appartments avalable right now. Get your application in to see if you qualify. Rent is based of 30% of your income. All Utilities included, Laundry on site. Free WiFi.
