West Davidson Public Library We are the West Davidison branch of the Davidson County Public Library System, serving the Reeds, Tyro and Churchland communities.

Our mission at WDPL is to provide resources and services for reading, thinking, learning, and living. Representatives of Davidson County local government communicate via this social media site. Consequently, any communication by a County employee or the general public may be subject to monitoring and disclosure to third parties. West Davidson Public Library has added even more titles to our Book Sale! We have a bookshelf display in the vestibule full of children's books and dozens of new Young Adult titles on the book sale shelves inside.

We are once again helping our friends at the West Davidson Food Pantry collect for their backpack meal program for local schoolchildren. We are setting up a drop off location in the Young Adult section here at WDPL. Drop off your donations and once the week is out, we'll drop them off at the Food Bank.

Look at the graphic below and you'll see a list of items they're searching for. That said, we'll be happy to take any non-perishable items of food you would like to donate. We thank you in advance for your donations!
