Polls close at 9:30 today! And I just wanted to take a moment to share my inspiration for my election, and some very intensely bad and extremely embarrassing throwbacks(so be kind😂)these pictures are of my 3 baby bothers: Dashawn(14) who wants to play point guard for UK in 5 years. Aiden(7) who is obviously my favorite. And Leesean(17) who I can’t wait to have here with me this upcoming fall semester. I live my life to be the best role model I can be for these boys and to be someone my parents can be proud of. I know that by running this campaign I have continued to uphold those goals. When my brothers attend this university in years to come, I want them to be recognized by a SGA that is completely different from previous ones. I want my brothers to have the SGA that they deserve as students here. So before polls close tonight, vote not only for yourself but for graduate students, professional students, veterans, resident advisors, undergraduate students, interns, student leaders, my brothers, your sisters, and a Student Government for All of Us at the University of Kentucky.

Grad school and professional school are difficult. Being an undergrad also has its own set of challenges. Yesterday, there were questions about what exams and preparation you'd need after the bachelor's degree. By supporting your peers in grad and professional school, you create a better experience for yourselves as undergrads. Grad/professional students will be in a better position to mentor undergrads if their needs are being addressed. Keep this big picture in mind when you vote Woodson/Lo today.
