Greetings, Pathfinders, Friends, and Families!
On behalf of the VUQ-10, we'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended our "Nightmare Before Christmas" holiday celebration. It was a wonderful, fun-filled evening of semi-formal festivities, complete with great food, prizes, dancing, and a themed photo booth.
Events like these are a success because of the dedicated individuals who work behind the scenes. A special thank you to the holiday party planning committee for their outstanding effort in creating such a memorable and festive occasion for us all.

Family Friendly Event!

September 18th 2025 marked a significant day for VUQ-10 Pathfinders as we held our Change of Command ceremony. We bid farewell to Commander Emily Mooren, thanking her for her outstanding leadership and dedication, and welcomed Commander Craig Nesgood as our new Commanding Officer. The ceremony was presided over by Captain David Wiltshire, Deputy Commodore ACCLOGWING, and we were honored to have VUQ-10’s first CO, Captain Andrew Gastrell, as our guest speaker. The entire command was in attendance, along with friends and family of both Commanders. We look forward to the future under Commander Nesgood's guidance. A huge thank you to the Coordinators for their hard work in organizing this memorable event!

Cruises will depart from the Calvert Marine Museum and will be held from 5:30-7:30pm on:

ALL Active Duty members AND dependents are invited, but there is a limit of 34 guests per cruise. Guests are asked to check in 30 minutes prior to departure at the Calvert Marine Museum Admissions Desk.

What an amazing time at the annual VUQ-10 Command Picnic!
We enjoyed delicious food, as well as live music from the duo Funkzilla, and had some hilarious moments with our “winners” of the pie-in-the-face contest! Lastly, the Co****le tournament brought out some serious competition and fun!
A big thanks to VUQ-10 MWR Committee and everyone who contributed and came out to make the day a memorable one. We are already looking forward to next year’s!
