The City will be performing street repairs on Fox Avenue. Repairs will take place in the eastbound lane just west of the four-way stop at High School Drive beginning Monday, June 15, with an anticipated completion date of Thursday, June 18, weather permitting.

During this work, the eastbound left lane will be closed for the duration of the project. Motorists will be directed into the right-hand lane.

Heavy equipment will be operating in the area, and residents are asked to use caution when traveling through the work zone.

The City has contracted with GFC Contracting to perform repairs on the screening wall along Valley Ridge Blvd. from Bedford Ln. to McMahan Dr.

Only the backyard of 1332 Parma Dr. will be affected.

Work is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 15 and take approximately 2 weeks to complete, weather permitting.

Due to the use of heavy equipment, please use caution when transiting the area.

This will expose the backyard of the affected properties, so pets should be kept indoors while work is being performed.

The Lewisville City Council will consider a proposed ordinance related to the review process for future data center developments at its June 15 meeting.

Currently, there are no pending requests to build new data centers in Lewisville. The proposed ordinance would require any future data center proposals to obtain a Special Use Permit, ensuring they are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and include opportunities for public input before decisions are made.

The City has contracted with HD WAY Concrete Services to make repairs to the alley serving homes on Chisolm Trail and Santa Fe St. No driveways will be accessible for the duration of the project.

** This will require residents to move trash and recycling carts to the front of the home for the duration of the work. Vehicles will need to be moved out and parked in front of homes. **

Work is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 8, and be completed by Friday, July 3, weather permitting.
