This week, we're celebrating our MDT Coordinators, who help ensure children and families receive a coordinated, child-centered response.
Our MDT Coordinators review reports of abuse across Denton, Wise, and Jack Counties and work alongside our 67 partner agencies to help ensure the right children receive the right response at the right time. They connect team members, coordinate information, facilitate communication, track critical data, and help ensure that cases begin—and end—with collaboration and purpose.
Their work keeps our multidisciplinary team connected, informed, and collaborative. Because of them, we are better able to identify trends, strengthen our response, and continually improve outcomes for children and families.
