Forsyth County Bar Association Formed in the early 1900s, we are a voluntary membership organization for attorneys in Forsyth County, NC.

The Forsyth County Bar Association (FCBA) is a voluntary membership organization for attorneys that was formed in the early 1900's:
To foster and maintain a high standard of integrity, honor and courtesy in the legal profession;
To promote a better understanding between the general public and legal profession;
To promote legal science and the administration of justice; and
To promote a closer union and fellowship among its members.

Due to the refreezing of the residual moisture remaining on area roads and the likely hazardous driving conditions tomorrow morning, the Forsyth County Courthouse will delay its opening by one hour. The courthouse, which typically opens at 8:30 AM, will open at 9:30 AM tomorrow morning, February 6th, 2026. Civil and Criminal courts, which typically start at 9:30 AM, will start at 10:30 AM tomorrow morning.
