25 years ago LEST WE FORGET. On this day 25 years ago at 0846 hrs the lives of millions of people changed as members of the Terrorist group al Qaeda crashed the first of 2 hijacked planes into the World Trade Centers Twin Towers. As the day progressed both Twin Towers and #7 WTC all collapse with civilians and emergency responders still trapped inside and 2 additional hijacked planes are crashed at 2 additional sites being the pentagon and in nearby Shanksville. Today we remember those who were lost on 9/11 along with the days weeks months and even years later from illness which has been linked to the ingestion or skin contact of contaminated substances on that fateful day. We here at the Junction Fire Co refuse to forget.
